• Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial or industrial mechanical construction.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee jobsite activities.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Generate material takeoffs from project drawings.
• Manage materials, equipment, and company assets on site.
• Direct and supervise field crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor labor allocation, field productivity, and crew efficiency.
• Coordinate deliveries of equipment and materials.
• Maintain necessary certifications and mechanical expertise.
• Provide regular progress updates and attend coordination meetings.
• Complete and maintain required project documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing job costs and schedules.
• Utilize company-issued electronic devices and software systems.

WhatYou'llDo:

AsaSuperintendent,you'llleadandmanagefieldoperationsforassignedmechanicalconstructionprojects.You'lloverseecrews,coordinatematerialsandequipment,andensurethateachjobsiteissafe,productive,andoperatingefficiently.
