Job summary

The role requires a licensed mechanical (HVAC) or plumbing professional with 10+ years of supervisory experience and strong knowledge of codes.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of field supervisory experience on multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and safety requirements.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English, with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field project team members.
• Plan, organize, and direct production of the mechanical scope.
• Manage materials and manpower to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate production and meetings with other trades and the general contractor, resolving conflicts and delivering excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.
• Ensure installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and mechanical code requirements.
• Promote and enforce high standards of safety and best practice on site.

• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English, with at least basic computer and writing skills.
