Job summary

Green Mechanical Construction Inc. is seeking a Superintendent-MechanicalConstruction to lead field operations on assigned projects. You will ensure safety compliance and drive project efficiency on-site in the Southeast and Midwest markets.

The role requires 6+ years in mechanical construction with prior supervision on similar projects and relevant licenses or certifications. Expect full-time hours with potential overtime and travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in commercial or industrial mechanical construction.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee jobsite activities.
• Promote and enforce safety policies.
• Evaluate and interpret construction documents.
• Generate material takeoffs from drawings.
• Manage materials, equipment, and company assets.
• Direct and supervise crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor field productivity and labor allocation.
• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries.
• Maintain necessary certifications and expertise.
• Provide progress reports and attend coordination meetings.
• Complete required documentation.
• Assist Project Manager in budget adherence.
