Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Superintendent within custom home building or high-end residential construction.
• Proven experience delivering luxury or fully custom residential projects.
• Florida residential construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, building codes, safety requirements and high-end residential finishes.
• Ability to manage daily site operations, subcontractors, schedules, inspections, deliveries and quality control.
• Experience coordinating closely with Project Managers, architects, interior designers, consultants, owners’ representatives and private clients.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a polished and professional on-site approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex site operations for luxury residential projects from preconstruction to handover.
• Coordinate with PMs, architects, interior designers and clients to meet expectations.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections and quality control to maintain high standards.
• Uphold strict safety, cleanliness and craftsmanship across all sites.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Superintendent within custom home building or high-end residential construction
• Proven experience delivering luxury or fully custom residential projects
• Florida residential construction experience is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of custom home construction from site preparation and foundations through final finishes and handover
• Ability to manage daily site operations, subcontractors, schedules, inspections, deliveries and quality control
• Experience coordinating closely with Project Managers, architects, interior designers, consultants, owners’ representatives and private clients
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, building codes, safety requirements and high-end residential finishes
• Ability to maintain exceptional standards across craftsmanship, cleanliness, safety and project execution
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a polished and professional approach on site
• Highly organized, detail-driven and comfortable managing technically demanding residential projects
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to identify and resolve site issues before they affect quality, schedule or delivery
