• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and field personnel.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and ownership representatives.
• Lead quality-control inspections and ensure all work conforms to project drawings, specifications, approved samples, and established standards.
• Manage project closeout, punch-list execution, commissioning, and final turnover.

This is not a role for someone looking to make the step into ultra-luxury residential construction.

We are looking for a proven Senior Superintendent who has already built and delivered $50M+ fully custom luxury homes and understands exactly what it takes to execute residential projects of this scale, complexity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on large-scale, ultra-luxury custom residential projects.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and field personnel.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and ownership representatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent delivering $50M+ fully custom luxury homes.
• Demonstrated experience building luxury custom residences in Florida.
• A track record of successfully leading large, technically complex, architecturally significant residential projects from the field.
• Deep understanding of ultra-luxury residential construction, high-end finishes, custom detailing, complex MEP systems, specialty trades, and demanding architectural requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
