Award-winning, privately held, custom builder, renowned for exceptional quality and unique craftsmanship, is seeking a Luxury Superintendent or Super/PM combo with strong field experience running custom homes ($5-20Mil) and luxury renovations ($1+Mil). Projects span from Sarasota to Boca Grande areas.

Company operates like a well-oiled machine with a strong project pipeline, long-tenured employees, and a collaborative, “family-style” culture.

Seeking a hands-on, “in the trenches” field leader with proven experience in the local luxury market with experience working on projects $3M+. Must be quality-driven, possess a sharp eye for detail, and excel in client-facing communication and relationship management.

Salary: $120-$140k + annual discretionary bonus
