Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities with a focus on light industrial and commercial projects in the Houston area.

You will oversee day-to-day field operations, ensure safety, schedule adherence and budget compliance, and serve as the main on-site contact for subcontractors, vendors and clients. Projects include warehouses, distribution centers, tilt-up and ground-up builds across manufacturing, retail and big-box environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent with direct responsibility for field operations on light commercial, industrial or heavy-duty projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, including tilt-up, tilt-wall, ground-up and warehouse/distribution center construction practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple contractors and trades on fast-paced sites.
• Proficiency reading construction plans and specifications; familiarity with design-build project delivery preferred.
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore), scheduling tools and standard Microsoft Office applications.

• Read and interpret plans, specifications and design-build documents; coordinate with project management and design teams to resolve field issues.

Superintendent Light Industrial/ Commercial

Location: Houston, Texas

Salary: 110K-160K Base (Salary depends on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities with a strong emphasis on light commercial and industrial or trucking and logistics coordination. The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations, ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget, and act as the primary on-site contact for subcontractors, vendors and clients. Projects will include warehouses, distribution centers, tilt-up and ground-up industrial and commercial builds, with opportunities across manufacturing, retail and large-format (big box) work.
