Job summary

Choate Construction is seeking a Superintendent with 3+ years of leadership experience delivering complex, full‑cycle projects. You will own the build from day one to final close‑out, leading safety and coordinating across owners, trade partners, and internal teams.

We value relationship‑driven leaders who can review drawings, specs, contracts, and scopes to ensure accurate execution and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering complex, full-cycle projects.
• Experience leading projects from start to finish.
• Ability to review, interpret, and communicate drawings, specs, contracts, and scopes.
• Proven ability to build trust with owners, trade partners, and internal teams.
• Champion safety on site and uphold safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the build from day one through final close-out.
• Lead safety culture on the jobsite.
• Review and communicate construction documents to ensure alignment.
• Lead project teams and manage relationships with owners and trade partners.
• Leverage Procore to streamline site communications.

• You can demonstrate you have championed Safety as an onsite leader on a consistent basis.
• You have experience leading and managing projects from day one through project completion.
• You have demonstrated success in the creation and execution of project planning and scheduling.
• You can demonstrate the ability to thoroughly review, interpret, and clearly communicate construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work, to ensure accurate execution, alignment across teams, and successful project delivery.
• You have led project teams through strong relationships, serving as the primary field leader who builds trust with owners, trade partners, and internal teams to drive collaboration, accountability, and successful outcomes.
• You can effectively leverage construction management platforms such as Procore to streamline jobsite communication, coordinate daily activities, manage documentation, and support efficient project execution.
