Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead industrial construction projects in Greater Atlanta. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, manage budgets, read blueprints, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in supervisory roles in industrial construction, with a preferred Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree. The position offers excellent pay, a generous bonus program, 401(k), and PTO.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and principles.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proven budget and risk management experience.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

10. Proficiency in construction software programs.
11. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
12. Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety training is a plus.
