Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial, industrial, and manufacturing construction projects in the Auburn Hills area. You will oversee all field operations from mobilization to closeout, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, superb communication, and deep knowledge of construction means, methods, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale construction projects.
• Ability to manage all field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, self-perform trades, and project schedules.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience conducting safety meetings and enforcing site safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing project quality control and inspections.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling software and field technology platforms.
• Ability to identify and resolve field-related issues proactively.
• Experience leading owner, architect, and subcontractor coordination efforts.
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety.
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel to project sites as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
