Job summary

Faith Technologies, a leader in construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy, seeks an experienced project manager with electrical background to drive large- to medium-size projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 60-75% travel, a completed apprenticeship or 8,000 hours, and the ability to develop accounts, estimate costs, and manage margins. Travel may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
  • Travel: 60-75%.
  • Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday through Friday; nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

  • All previous classification requirements must be continually satisfied.
  • Maintains current licensing and training requirements.
  • History of managing large projects (30+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects) effectively while meeting or beating estimated job costs.
  • Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling, estimating, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Ability to create estimates and change orders utilizing Faith's estimating software with oversight from Project Manager.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds goals of gross margin dollars per man hour.
  • Minimum of 8 jobsite safety evaluations per quarter.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

  • Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.
