Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks a Licensed Superintendent to lead electrical teams on job sites. You will ensure safety, manage large projects, maintain licensing, and coordinate with PMs to protect margins.

Experience with Faith’s estimating tools and a track record of developing successors to Foreman roles are valued. This full-time role requires flexibility for varied hours and travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent (8,000 hours).
  • Strong NEC knowledge and safety-focused leadership.
  • Experience managing large electrical projects and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical teams on job sites and manage large projects (15+ electricians or multiple smaller projects).
  • Maintain current licensing and required training.
  • Develop and integrate project schedules with other trades.
  • Communicate issues and opportunities to the PM to protect margins.
  • Ensure safety evaluations and adherence to Faith’s standards.
  • Demonstrate succession planning to move into Foreman roles.

Licensed Superintendents are responsible for leading our electrical teams on the job site. Superintendents have a well versed knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and a strong passion for safety, training, leadership development, and commitment to excellence. Minimum Requirements
  • Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
  • 60-75%
  • This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
  • All previous classification requirements must be continually satisfied.
  • Maintains current licensing and training requirements.
  • History of managing large projects (15+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously) effectively while routinely meeting and/or beating estimated job costs.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding Faith's productivity goals.
  • Familiar with Faith's estimating software.
  • Demonstrates successful and consistent usage of Faith internal resources to include, but not limited to Excellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity, Engineering, Estimating, etc.
  • Conducts jobsite safety evaluations.
  • Develops and integrates project schedule effectively with other trades.
  • Effectively communicates areas of concern/opportunity to PM in order to maintain or improve margin.
  • Effectively conducts and navigates through difficult conversations resulting in a positive outcome.
  • Has successfully developed a successor to move to the Foreman position.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
