Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is a leading contractor in construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy. As a Superintendent, you will lead our electrical teams on the job site, uphold NEC standards, and champion safety, training and excellence to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires experience managing large electrical scopes, developing estimates and change orders, and driving revenue growth through effective planning and partnership with project managers.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical teams on the job site with a strong emphasis on safety and training.
  • Maintain NEC knowledge and ensure compliance on all projects.
  • Manage large projects (30+ electricians or multiple smaller projects) effectively while meeting or beating cost targets.
  • Independently develop accounts to widen scope and generate additional revenue through upselling, estimating, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Create estimates and change orders using Faith's estimating software with project management oversight.
  • Consistently meet or exceed gross margin dollars per man hour.
  • Perform a minimum of 8 jobsite safety evaluations per quarter.
  • Other related duties as required and assigned.

Superintendents are responsible for leading our electrical teams on the job site. Superintendents have a well-versed knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and a strong passion for safety, training, leadership development, and commitment to excellence.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
  • Travel: 60-75%
  • Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • All previous classification requirements must be continually satisfied.
  • Maintains current licensing and training requirements.
  • History of managing large projects (30+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously) effectively while routinely meeting and/or beating estimated job costs.
  • Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling, estimating, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Ability to create estimates and change orders utilizing Faith's estimating software with oversight from Project Manager.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds goals of gross margin dollars per man hour.
  • Minimum of 8 jobsite safety evaluations per quarter.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
