Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our electrical teams on job sites. The role requires strong NEC knowledge, a passion for safety, and a track record of effective leadership and project control.

You will manage large-scale projects, develop estimates and change orders, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Travel is 60-75% with schedules that can extend beyond 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Completion of apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
• Travel: 60-75%.
• Experience managing large electrical projects (30+ electricians or multiple mid-sized projects).
• Ability to develop estimates and change orders.
• Maintains current licensing and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams on the job site.
• Ensure safety, training and leadership development even under tight schedules.
• Develop and maintain project estimates and change orders using Faith's estimating software with PM oversight.
• Achieve gross margin goals per man hour.
• Provide guidance to project teams and manage budgets and schedules.

Minimum Requirements Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours) Travel: 60-75% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities

• All previous classification requirements must be continually satisfied.
• Maintains current licensing and training requirements.
• History of managing large projects (30+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously)
• effectively while routinely meeting and/or beating estimated job costs.
• Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling,
• estimating, pricing, and negotiation.
• Ability to create estimates and change orders utilizing Faith's estimating software with oversight from Project Manager.
• Consistently meets or exceeds goals of gross margin dollars per man hour.
• Minimum of 8 jobsite safety evaluations per quarter.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
