Job summary

LeoForce in the Greater Philly area seeks a Senior Superintendent for Heavy Highway/Civil projects in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will lead on-site teams and drive project success on complex heavy civil sites.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in the field with 5+ years as a superintendent, a Construction Management degree, OSHA 30, and experience with Primavera P6 and HCSS HeavyJob. This role includes coordinating safety, quality, and schedule across multi-discipline crews.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with 5+ years as a superintendent.
• Experience running heavy civil or heavy highway projects.
• Familiar with Primavera P6 and HCSS HeavyJob.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• OSHA 30 certification.
