MPI in Massachusetts is seeking an on-site Senior Superintendent to lead all construction activities from startup to closeout. You will manage day-to-day field operations, schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics across Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Corporate Interiors projects.

The role requires 5+ years of frontline supervision, strong knowledge of means and methods, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades. Procore experience and OSHA 30 are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing ground-up and/or interior fit-out construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades effectively.
• Proficiency with construction management technology, preferably Procore.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the Route 495 corridor and Greater Boston project locations.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Corporate Interiors, or Commercial Construction is a plus, but not required.
• Desire to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding organization.
