Engtal is seeking a Superintendent for commercial construction projects across Massachusetts, including Greater Boston, the South Shore, and Cape Cod. You will lead major projects, manage field operations, and work with project teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have proven superintendent experience with GC/CM firms and can manage ground-up and complex renovation efforts across healthcare, higher education, and commercial sectors.

Superintendent- Commercial Construction | Lead Major Projects with an Established Massachusetts General Contractor

A well-established and growing Massachusetts general contractor is looking to add experienced Superintendents to support a strong and expanding project backlog throughout Greater Boston, the South Shore, and Cape Cod.

What we're looking for

• Proven Superintendent experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager
• Experience delivering ground-up and/or complex renovation projects
• Strong subcontractor management and scheduling experience
• Excellent field leadership and communication skills
• Experience within healthcare, life sciences, multifamily, higher education, commercial, public, institutional, or similar construction
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day jobsite operations
