Job summary

MPI is seeking a Healthcare Superintendent to lead healthcare and class A medical facility construction projects across the Atlanta market. You will manage all on-site activities, drive scheduling, coordinate subcontractors, inspectors and design teams, and maintain rigorous safety and quality controls.

The successful applicant has 5+ years of superintendent experience in healthcare construction (hospitals, MOBs, clinics), strong leadership and communication skills, and working knowledge of

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Healthcare construction experience required (hospitals, MOBs, clinics).
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and site coordination.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors concurrently.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
• Healthcare construction experience required, including hospitals, medical office buildings (MOBs), clinics, surgery centers, or behavioral health facilities
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and site coordination
• Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades concurrently
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• OSHA certification preferred
• Procore experience is a plus
