Job summary

Michael Page US is partnering with an established mid-sized commercial general contractor delivering healthcare, commercial, senior living, and retail projects. They offer a strong backlog into 2026-2027 and promote from within, creating a clear path toward Superintendent-level positions.

As an on-site role, you will assist in managing construction activities, coordinate with subs, monitor safety, report progress, inspect work, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of construction industry experience.
• Commercial construction/general contracting experience preferred.
• Hands-on construction background, including framing, concrete, roofing, or other trades.
• Procore proficiency or willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Project Engineer candidates considering a field-focused path.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and materials.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe site.

Job Description

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, project progress, and any changes to the scope of work.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
