Cityscape Recruitment USA is partnering with a large privately held general contractor to place a Superintendent in Atlanta, GA. You’ll help deliver substantial commercial projects from a base on site with a strong project pipeline.

The role offers exposure to government, higher education and commercial sectors, with projects typically ranging from $20M to $100M+. A long-term career path and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $10M+.
• Government or higher education experience would be particularly attractive.
• Other commercial project backgrounds are welcome.
• Candidates from multifamily/mixed-use construction are less suited.

Responsibilities

• Join a major administrative building project in Atlanta, currently under construction through next summer.
• Strong pipeline of Atlanta projects to follow — this isn’t a one-project hire.
• Projects typically ranging from $20M–$100M+.
• Work across government, higher education and commercial construction.
