Job summary

MPI is seeking a seasoned on-site Superintendent to manage commercial construction projects across Florida. The role focuses on leadership, safety, quality, and effective coordination of subcontractors and schedules to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of superintendent experience, ground-up construction exposure, and a proven ability to drive projects safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Ground-up construction experience required.
• School, educational, or institutional project experience preferred.
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead projects safely and efficiently.
