Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking a Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial and government projects in Virginia Beach. The role requires a proven field leader who can deliver complex projects on aggressive schedules and coordinate with owners, architects, and trade partners.

You will oversee daily field operations, manage subcontractors, maintain schedules and safety, conduct site walks, and drive milestone completion through strong leadership and effective problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial/government projects.
• Ground-up construction experience required.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with trades; strong leadership.
