Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking a Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial construction projects in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee field operations, manage subs, and drive schedules with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

With 5+ years in superintendent roles within commercial/government General Contracting, you will read and interpret drawings, coordinate complex sequencing, and lead teams to achieve milestone completions on large-scale developments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial/government general contracting.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience required.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
