Lead daily field operations for a top ENR Indianapolis general contractor who has been in the industry for 100+ years. You will be working with leadership to lead some of their most exciting industrial and commercial projects to date with some of their biggest clients. Description

As the Construction Superintendent, you will lead field operations and oversee project execution from mobilization through final completion.

Profile

3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Construction Superintendent
Experience leading projects from groundbreaking through final completion
Background in commercial construction, industrial construction, or education construction
Overseeing Self Perfrom concrete crews is a plus
Experience managing field operations on large-scale construction projects
Experience working with self-perform construction crews
Concrete construction experience strongly preferred
