MPI in Indianapolis is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations and oversee project execution from mobilization through final completion on industrial, healthcare, education, and commercial projects. Qualifications

  • Operate as the primary field leader and point of coordination on-site.
  • Conduct subcontractor meetings, safety meetings, and planning sessions.

Description

As the Construction Superintendent, you will lead field operations and oversee project execution from mobilization through final completion.

Key responsibilities include:

Profile
  • 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Construction Superintendent
  • Experience leading projects from groundbreaking through final completion
  • Background in commercial construction, industrial construction, or education construction
  • Overseeing Self Perfrom concrete crews is a plus
  • Experience managing field operations on large-scale construction projects
  • Experience working with self-perform construction crews
  • Concrete construction experience strongly preferred
