Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to work on-site, leading field operations for multifamily, commercial, education, and office ground-up and TI construction projects in Indianapolis. You will manage projects from start to finish with hands-on experience and close collaboration with the General Superintendent.

The role requires 1-3 years of construction experience, familiarity with Procore/Bluebeam, and a team-oriented mindset, with opportunities to grow into leading your own

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general construction experience.
• Medical, Commercial, Municipal, Multifamily, K-12 ground up/renovation experience.
• Familiarity with construction software - Procore, Bluebeam, etc.

Seeking an Assistant Superintendent to work in tandem with the General Superintendent lead on-site execution for multifamily, commercial, education, and office ground up and TI construction projects. You will be working on managing your own projects and really getting the hands on experience on what it's like to truly run a project from start to finish as a Superintendent.
