Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a mid-level Construction Project Manager to lead complex builds in Westfield, IN. You will drive planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors, design teams, and clients, from pre-construction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction PM, a Bachelor's in CM/Engineering, strong leadership and communication, and a track record delivering on-time, within budget, and with high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in construction project management leading builds from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Experience with project documentation tracking and quality control.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with clients, design teams, and field staff.
  • Market knowledge in healthcare, higher education, K-12, industrial, or similar markets.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
