Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Site Manager in Indianapolis to oversee daily field operations on local projects ranging from commercial to educational facilities. You will manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with project managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The successful candidate will have extensive field supervision experience, proven leadership, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

7+ years of field supervision experience in education, municipal, retail, commercial, or institutional construction.
Successfully ran multiple ground up projects as lead superintendent from start to finish.
Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with scheduling and project management software (Procore a plus).

Job Description
