Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent for a well-established DC metro area commercial contractor. You will lead field operations on interiors, renovations, and tenant fit-out projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality from start to finish.
This full-time role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, the ability to coordinate subcontractors, read drawings, and manage occupier sites. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
