Job summary

ProSource Group is seeking a hands-on Superintendent for a long-term, multi-unit development in Fairview, New Jersey. You will own daily field operations, manage subcontractors and maintain safety and quality on site, driving the project to programme.

This fully site-based role requires clear leadership, strong communication, and the ability to resolve issues quickly. The ideal candidate has at least three years in superintendent or assistant superintendent roles and experience with multi-unit

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent with clear site-leadership responsibility.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, safety and quality.
• Able to work fully site-based in Fairview, NJ.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-unit residential, apartment, condominium or comparable development experience is preferred but not essential.

• Lead daily site operations across the multi-unit development.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, sequencing and short-term planning.
• Maintain site safety, quality-control standards and a clean, organized jobsite.
• Monitor progress against the construction schedule and alleviate issues promptly.
• Attend site meetings and communicate progress, constraints and upcoming requirements to the project team.
• Coordinate inspections, punch-list activity and project closeout as required.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation.

A growing general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to join its team on a multi-unit development in Fairview, New Jersey. This is a fully site-based role on a long-term project expected to run for approximately three years. The Superintendent will take ownership of daily field operations and work closely with the project team to drive the job safely, efficiently and to programme. The successful candidate will be a hands-on field leader with previous Superintendent experience and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, maintain standards and keep work moving.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $90,000–$110,000.
