Working Conditions - Construction setting, travel required, full time. Must have the ability to crawl, climb, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for long periods of time, lift and hold in excess of 50 lbs, talk, hear and occasionally sit. Must have the ability to withstand confined spaces and/or extreme heights while negotiating tasks at hand in a safe manner to themselves and/or others. Subject to hot, cold, humid and wet conditions depending on location.

Strong leadership and management skills required. Deep knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems required. Requires excellent technical and management skills. Strong client relations skills are a must. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage costs and control schedule. Excellent knowledge of safety requirements. Ability to coach, lead and motivate multinational and multi‑disciplined employees. Shows leadership, concise execution of plans, vision of project future, and effective communication of vision to subordinates, integrity and strong communication skills.
Minimum high school/GED and 15 years total construction management experience (with at least five years design/build experience with electrical systems) required. Four‑year degree in building science, construction management or engineering and 10 years total construction management experience (with minimum five years design/build experience with electrical systems) preferred.
Should be able to submit certifications upon request and obtain a medical clearance before deployment. Current clearance, or the ability to obtain, a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required. U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance required.
