Caddell Construction seeks a Superintendent Electrical - International to lead electrical operations across multiple international sites. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Superintendent and Project Manager to plan operations, layout, and schedule.
• Direct day-to-day field work by craftworkers and subcontractors; liaise with multinational teams.
• Maintain communications to ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and timelines.
• Review plans, budgets, and quantities with project leadership to ensure resources meet needs.
• Participate in weekly progress meetings with subcontractors.
• Assist in materials handling planning and resolution of field issues as they arise.
• Foster constructive relationships with owner and design partners; promote cooperation.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by Project Manager/Superintendent.
