• Collaborate closely with Operations leadership to support successful project execution.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Downtown Boston Interiors should have:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing interior fit-out projects strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to commute to project sites in Boston and surrounding areas.
• CSL preferred but not required.
• Experience with corporate interiors, tenant improvements, or similar commercial projects is a plus.
