Job summary

MPI is seeking a Lead Superintendent for $10M+ projects in the Boston area. You will oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout, drive safety programs, coordinate multiple subs, and manage schedules and QA/QC to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires 10+ years of field supervision, a strong GC background, and proficiency with Primavera P6. Occasional travel across Boston/495 corridor is expected. Competitive compensation and benefits.

• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and complex site logistics.

• Willingness to commute to projects in Boston and surrounding areas.
• Life science, manufacturing, or multifamily experience is a plus.

• Partner closely with Project Managers and operational leadership.
• Utilize digital construction tools for reporting, documentation, and progress tracking.

Profile

A successful Lead Superintendent - $10M+ Projects should have:

• 10+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience.
• Proven success delivering ground-up projects valued at $10M+.
• Strong commercial General Contractor background.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and complex site logistics.
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or similar.
• Comfortable with digital field management and reporting platforms.
• Ability to commute to projects throughout Boston, Metro Boston, and the 495 corridor.
• Experience in life science, manufacturing, or multifamily construction is a plus.
• Interior fit-out-only backgrounds will not be considered.

Job Offer
