Michael Page is partnering with a growing employee-owned General Contractor in Massachusetts to identify a Superintendent who will oversee field operations along the 495 corridor and Greater Boston area. You will manage safety, schedules, subcontractors, and client coordination on high-growth Life Sciences and Healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Experience with new construction, fit-outs, renovations, or corporate interiors
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Infrastructure, or similar technically demanding projects
• Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office proficiency
• Experience in GC, Design-Build, or Design-Assist environments

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout
• Lead and enforce project safety programs while maintaining regulatory compliance
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules and drive milestones
• Conduct site meetings and maintain communication with PMs, clients, and design teams
• Ensure quality standards through inspections and proactive issue resolution
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office to manage project documentation and reporting
• Identify project risks and coordinate solutions for efficient execution

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout
• Lead and enforce project safety programs while maintaining regulatory compliance
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules while driving milestone achievement
• Conduct site meetings and maintain communication with project managers, clients, and design teams
• Ensure quality standards are met through inspections and proactive issue resolution
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation and reporting
• Identify project risks, coordinate solutions, and maintain efficient project execution

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 8+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
• Experience with new construction, fit-outs, renovations, tenant improvements, or corporate interiors
• Exposure to Life Science, Healthcare, Infrastructure, or similar technically demanding projects preferred
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
• Experience working within General Contracting, Design-Build, or Design-Assist environments
• Strong leadership, scheduling, communication, and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to oversee projects across Greater Boston and the 495 corridor
• OSHA knowledge and a demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety

Job Offer

• Base salary of $120,000 - $140,000
