Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking Superintendents to deliver large-scale data center projects across the United States. Opportunities exist to develop field leaders and experienced superintendents with strong technical construction backgrounds.

Ideal candidates have extensive field leadership in data centers or related sectors, with knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field leadership in data centers or related projects.
• Experience supporting or leading large, ground-up projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality control and subcontractor coordination.
• Understanding of complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience coordinating inspections, commissioning and phased turnover.
• Direct mission-critical experience preferred; strong technical construction backgrounds will also be considered.
• Open to nationwide travel assignments.

Location: United States | Nationwide Travel Highly Preferred

• Leading national General Contractor seeking Superintendents to deliver large-scale data center projects throughout the United States.
• Opportunities are available for developing field leaders and seasoned Superintendents with relevant technical construction experience.

Requirements

• 3+ 5+ years of successful field leadership experience in data centers, complex industrial, cold storage, manufacturing or distribution construction
• Experience supporting or leading large, ground-up projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality control and subcontractor coordination
• Understanding of complex electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience coordinating inspections, commissioning and phased turnover
• Direct mission-critical experience preferred; strong technical construction backgrounds will also be considered
• Open to nationwide travel assignments
