Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent for high-end corporate interior tenant improvements in Austin, leading on-site activities from mobilization through closeout. You will own day-to-day field operations, coordinate multiple subs, ensure safety and quality, and drive projects to on-time completion.

The ideal candidate has GC-side TI experience, Class A finish expertise, and is based in the Austin area with Procore and Bluebeam proficiency.

Qualifications

• GC-side superintendent experience in commercial interior TI work.
• Class A corporate/tech/life-science interior finish experience.
• Experience running mid-to-large interior projects with multiple subs.
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency.
• Based in the Austin metro or able to be on Austin jobsites daily.

Responsibilities

• Run high-end commercial interior TI projects on site from mobilization through closeout.
• Own day-to-day field operations: scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality control.
• Manage the finish tier that defines our work and hold subs to a premium standard.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners to stay on schedule and budget.
• Drive punch list, closeout, and turnover delivering a client-ready product.

Requirements

• GC-side superintendent experience running commercial interior tenant improvement work (not owner's rep, design-side, or ground-up-only).
• Genuine Class A corporate, tech, or life-science interior finish experience.
• Proven ability to run mid-to-large interior projects and manage multiple subcontractors on occupied or fast-track sites.
• Fluency with Procore and Bluebeam.
• Based in the Austin metro or able to be on Austin jobsites daily.
