Job summary

Future, a Primoris Company, is seeking a seasoned Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations on multiple projects in Texas. You will ensure safety compliance, monitor schedules, and drive quality control while coordinating with project managers and field crews.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to read blueprints. Travel may be required, and prior CM software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software preferred.
  • OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction operations on assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies.
  • Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively and recommend and implement corrective action.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage material deliveries and site logistics.
  • Willingness to travel if needed.
  • Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to lead technicians.
  • Other duties as assigned.
