Job summary

Future, a Primoris Company, is seeking a seasoned construction supervisor to oversee daily operations on assigned projects across commercial, residential or industrial sites. You will ensure safety, monitor schedules, and manage site logistics, driving quality and timeliness in a dynamic field environment.

Lead with strong communication and organizational skills, review blueprints, and collaborate with project managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations on assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies.

• Resolve complaints with property owners in working areas.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate staffing.
• Assign duties to lead technicians.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction supervisory experience (commercial/residential/industrial as applicable)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in construction management software preferred
• OSHA certification preferred

Education

High school diploma or GED required Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift weight up to 75 lbs
• Ability to carry and climb a 28' ladder from truck to pole and/or house
• Ability to work in all kinds of weather conditions
