Job summary

Araina Group in Miami, FL seeks a Project Superintendent to lead daily field operations on commercial and institutional ground-up builds. You will drive safety, schedule adherence, and budget control while coordinating with subcontractors and project management.

Your experience includes managing 1M–5M ground-up projects, reading blueprints, and using Procore, Primavera, and MS Project. A valid driver's license is required and performance-based bonuses are offered.

Superintendent | Commercial GC | Miami, FL | Up to $120,000

The Client

Our client is a well-established General Contracting and Construction Management firm with a growing presence across South Florida, known for delivering high-quality ground-up commercial and institutional projects and building strong client relationships through hands-on field leadership.

The Projects

Ground-up commercial and institutional projects generally ranging from $1M-$5M, including schools, retail buildout, and office buildings throughout South Florida from mobilization through close-out.

The Role

As Project Superintendent, you'll lead daily field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include:

• Managing field operations, subcontractors, and crews to meet quality, schedule, budget, and safety goals
• Developing and maintaining project schedules (Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project)
• Partnering with Project Managers on drawings, submittals, and field conflict resolution
• Documenting daily reports, site logs, and safety meetings (Procore)
