Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience with superintendent level responsibility.
• Experience managing high-end residential and commercial projects.
• OSHA certification preferred; Procore experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate daily site operations, inspections, deliveries, and manpower.
• Review plans, specifications, and construction documents to identify potential issues.
• Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and site organization.
• Track project progress and proactively address scheduling or field issues.
• Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and established quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and punch lists.
• Help drive projects to successful completion while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project teams.

Salary: Up to $155,000, based on experience

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced General Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects throughout the West Palm Beach area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong background managing complex projects from preconstruction through completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience across high-end custom homes and commercial construction, with exposure to projects such as private schools, healthcare facilities, churches, and other high-quality institutional or commercial builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction activities from mobilization through project completion.


• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.


• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.


• Coordinate daily site operations, inspections, deliveries, and manpower.


• Review plans, specifications, and construction documents to identify potential issues.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience, with significant Superintendent or General Superintendent experience.


• Proven experience managing high-end custom residential and/or commercial construction projects.


• Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred:


• Private schools


• Healthcare facilities


• Churches / religious facilities


• High-end custom homes


• Commercial buildings


• Institutional construction


• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, scheduling, and field coordination.


• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously.


• Strong communication and leadership skills.


• Ability to identify problems early and develop practical solutions.


• Procore experience is a plus.


• OSHA certification is preferred.

Compensation

Up to $155,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
