The ideal candidate has 7+ years as lead superintendent on commercial builds, OSHA 30, Procore proficiency, and strong communication with owners and design teams. Salary: $110k–$130k/year with health, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a lead Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and to high quality.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and maintaining schedule momentum.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods across trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, field crews, inspections, and material deliveries to keep the project on schedule.
• Monitor work in place for quality and conformance with plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Maintain project schedules, look-ahead plans, and daily field reports.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Communicate proactively with the Project Manager, owners, and design teams throughout the project.
• Manage punch list and closeout activities to ensure a complete and professional project delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times.

We are working with a Jacksonville-based commercial general contractor to find a Commercial Construction Superintendent for a clubhouse and amenity project in Port St. Lucie — the kind of build residents will actually use and notice, pool deck to gathering room. This is a recognized and growing firm that brings a distinctive approach to commercial work, combining a high standard of craftsmanship with strong commercial execution. The Superintendent will lead field operations on this project and will be the key point of accountability on the ground for schedule, quality, safety, and subcontractor performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
• Manage subcontractors, field crews, inspections, and material deliveries to keep the project on schedule
