Job summary

Build Partners USA LLC in Texas is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial, federal, and government projects valued at $10M+ across the state. The role offers a competitive base salary of $120K–$140K plus bonus and strong growth opportunities.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and provide detailed progress reports to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent withGC experience
• Ground-up commercial construction experience above $10M
• OSHA certification

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent with General Contractor experience.
• Ground Up commercial construction experience valued from $10M and above.
• Commercial, Federal, Government, Military or similar project experience highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA certification and proficiency in project management software.
• Salary: $120K–$140K base + Bonus
