Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects within the Bay Area.
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and client-facing skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and project priorities simultaneously.

Superintendent | Commercial Construction | Tenant Improvement

Overview:

Join a growing commercial construction organization specializing in Life Science, commercial/industrial construction, tenant improvement, and structural projects throughout the Bay Area. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Superintendent who enjoys managing fast-paced projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving successful project execution from preconstruction through client occupancy. The company offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong leadership support and a steady pipeline of projects due to continued growth.

Location

• Onsite throughout the Bay Area
• Projects primarily located between Mountain View, South San Francisco, San Francisco, and Hayward
• Daily jobsite presence required; this is not a remote position

Compensation:

• Performance-based bonus potential up to approximately 15%
