Job summary

CyberCoders in the Bay Area is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead corporate interior projects, labs and life science initiatives. With three offices in the bay area, we can accommodate wherever you live and work.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
• 3+ years commercial Interiors experience.
• High School Diploma.

• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of commercial interior construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Manage site operations, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior leadership.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior staff.
