Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience supervising tenant interiors, commercial renovations, or retail projects.
• Experience overseeing projects valued up to $10M.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and manage daily field operations.
• Ability to coordinate project schedules and sequencing of work activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience maintaining daily reports, field documentation, and jobsite records.
• Experience coordinating with Project Managers and project teams.
• Strong communication and leadership in a field environment.

Job Details

• Minimum 8 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent
• Experience managing tenant interiors, commercial renovations, or retail construction projects
• Experience overseeing projects valued up to approximately $10M
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and manage daily field operations
• Ability to coordinate project schedules and sequencing of work activities
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing jobsite safety and enforcing safety standards
• Experience coordinating materials, equipment, and manpower on active job sites
• Experience maintaining daily reports, field documentation, and jobsite records
• Ability to coordinate closely with Project Managers and project teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a field environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• OSHA safety certification
• Proficiency with construction management tools and scheduling platforms
• Ability to lead subcontractor coordination meetings and jobsite planning sessions
