Job summary

Talently in New Orleans is seeking a hands-on Construction Site Manager to lead commercial projects on-site from mobilization through closeout. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, and safety across new construction and renovation efforts for retail, office, church, and school facilities.

• Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and address field challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, and material deliveries.
• Enforce job-site safety standards, conduct inspections, and address hazards promptly.
• Review plans and specifications, identify field issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure construction meets quality standards and project requirements.
• Communicate progress, changes, and potential delays with project managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and records of work completed.
