Qlm, a rapidly growing electrical contractor in New Orleans, LA, seeks an Area Superintendent to oversee field operations for large commercial projects across Louisiana and the Gulf Coast. You will manage manpower, safety, quality, scheduling, and serve as a bridge between field personnel and management.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years leading large electrical construction teams, delivering projects on time and within budget, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Electrical Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Experience leading large-scale commercial electrical construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple crews and supervising large field teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Travel locally as project needs require.
