Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Working knowledge of construction plans, specifications, sequencing, and building methods.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, crews, inspections, and material deliveries on site.
• Strong understanding of job-site safety practices and quality control.
• Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and address field challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site operations for commercial construction and renovation projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, suppliers, and project partners to keep work progressing efficiently.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, and material deliveries.
• Enforce job-site safety standards, conduct inspections, and address hazards promptly.
• Review plans and specifications, identify field issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure construction meets quality standards and project requirements.
• Communicate progress, changes, and potential delays with project managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and records of work completed.
