Job summary

Prince Contracting, LLC is seeking a skilled Bridge Foreman to lead field crews on heavy/highway bridge projects in Savannah, GA. You will supervise bridge foremen and subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with contract drawings and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include coordinating between estimators/engineers, maintaining schedules and budgets, and training on-the-job. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of bridge construction experience and proficiency with FDOT contracts.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of bridge construction experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of FDOT contracts, specifications, and reports.
• Ability to interpret crane load charts and signaling.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule bridge foremen and subcontractors.

• Ensure alignment with contract specs, drawings, safety, and environmental regs.
• Execute activities per the project schedule and budget.

• Manage and schedule bridge foremen and subcontractors
• Assist estimators and engineers with quantities and productions
• Manage all the construction activities of the project in accordance with contract specifications and drawings and in full compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations
• Execute construction activities in compliance with the applicable schedule and budget
• Review project performance on a continuing basis and recommend to project manager corrective actions as required
• Implement the Company policies and procedures as required
• Assist with On-the-Job Training

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of bridge experience in Heavy/Highway/Bridge construction
• Excellent interpersonal skills to include strong verbal and written communication
• Must possess knowledge of FDOT contracts, specifications, and reports
• Must be able to think independently and solve problems effectively
• Must be able to interpret crane load charts
• Must be able to erect/set grade for bridge deck screed
• Must possess knowledge of proper crane hand signals and proper rigging techniques
• Must have an excellent driving record
