Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Bridge Foreman or Superintendent to lead high-impact bridge and heavy civil projects across Vermont. The role offers hourly pay of $38–$48 with overtime after 8 hours, plus $4/hour shift differential and per diem for out-of-town work.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, directing daily field operations (steel erection, concrete work, pile driving, earthwork), coordinating sequencing, and ensuring safety and schedule adherence on active sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in bridge and heavy civil construction.
• Advanced knowledge of steel erection, concrete construction, pile driving, rigging, traffic control, carpentry, and earthwork.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL preferred.
• Experience with railroad bridges, welding, operating equipment, and drilling is a plus.
